Great blog, look like what we've been doing over near Cedar Rock.
Except we also got corn about 6' looking good just thirsting for water or could it be butter. Ha. Enjoy your blogs, Have a Great Week, another Hot one.

What do you recommend if you cannot manipulate the land by planting if you do not have the equipment or if the timber company you lease from (like we do) does not allow you to do any discing and planting?
Try no plow or no-till mixes, use a blower or rake small areas and plant before a rain and this creates a perfect bow stand.
Good luck.
Hey David,
Looks like you have been doing what I'm going to do next weekend on my leases. Would like to do it when we have the forecast for some rain but this weekend is the only time I'll have before season starts. Mabey they will turn out ok.
Take Care,
Scott Brady
Hey David,
That was a great blog, wish it was longer, but any way my family and I will be doing that in a few weekends also. We are getting close and I am pumped up and ready to go, but first we are going to have a dove shoot the first weekend of September.
God Bless & Good Huntin'
