Bill Jordan
He grew up with a fishing pole in his hands and a lake behind his house. He made his decision to play football at the University of Mississippi based on the amount of hunting land close to campus. He started Realtree ® because he wanted to run a business that affected the outdoors in a positive light. He is Bill Jordan. Realtree is his vision come to life.
David Blanton
David Blanton has been an integral part of Realtree’s video efforts since he started in 1991 as video production manager. He has served as executive producer of the Bill Jordan’s Realtree Outdoors ® television show since it premiered in 1993.
Michael Waddell
As a country boy from the heart of Georgia, Michael Waddell only dreamed of the opportunity to hunt for a living. Growing up hunting and fishing with his father, Waddell quickly developed a knack for turkey calling and never looked back – unless they gobbled, of course.

Tyler Jordan
When he’s not studying business at Columbus College or working on a project around the Realtree offices, Tyler Jordan can be found in the woods doing what he loves most — hunting.
Since the day he was born, Tyler has been exposed to all sorts of hunting and every aspect of the Realtree business.
“Hunting has always been an important part of my life,” said Tyler. “My dad never forced me to go to the woods, but hearing all the stories and seeing the photos of all these huge deer, I knew I wanted to have my own stories to tell one day.”
