Have You Seen Any of These Bucks?
Deer hunting isn’t just about big bucks for me. It never has been. Honestly, I hunt first and foremost because I love to eat deer meat. But I also love to shoot big, mature bucks. And I won’t apologize for that, and neither should you. So I think I’ll just leave this gallery of 50 monster Midwestern bucks right here to commemorate our God-given right to hunt big whitetails. I hope you enjoy.

29 | Josh Honeycutt’s Kentucky Caper
I was also very fortunate to kill this Kentucky buck. I shot this deer in mid-October during a cold front. This 5½-year-old buck slowly eased out of heavy cover about an hour before dark and I was able to slip an arrow behind the front shoulder from 20 yards away. Watch that hunt here.
