I think the name is horrible---geeze! I was thinking something more like "The Hamman Farm Deer Slayers"
good luck team--we are already behind the 8 ball---Oneida Man only shoots spikes

Checking-in, getting ready for the October 1st OK opener and ML and gun seasons beyond that.
Here's a bit of motivation, my little buck from last year (click photo to read about the hunt and my 2007 season):
His grandpa made it through 2007 and we've been seeing him this summer. Fingers crossed, I'll have something very good to report in a month or two...

Im checking in, my season came in on Sep 6th and have been hard at it. Here is one that i seen opening evening, close as he got was 81 yards.

I'm excited. Went out to watch a field last night and saw a nice buck right under my stand.Not the monster I've seen out there, but still a nice buck. Some does were milling around, but out of bow range. Now if the girls will just get closer, I can fill my doe requirement for the lottery hunt and then go after the buck.

Whats up ya'll!! Nice to see I've had the pleasure of posting with most of you at one time or another! Hopefully I'll have some hardhorn pics on the cam to show you after this weekend. I got a decent 11 point and a few solid 8's I'm watching on our farm. Its a 4 point/side area, so if I do drill a buck he's probably going to be at least a 7 point. Way to rush into a team name Oneida -- geesh is right!! Just kiddin'
