    I'm here, looks like we have a pretty good team!

    I'll be hunting birds in Ohio, but season doesn't start around here until April 20. It'll be here before we know it.

    Just checkin' in. I have three days to hunt AM only allowed in Jersey. Put in for an April week. Will be my 4th year at this, skunked one yr so far.

    On the deer contest I entered a NJ 7 pointer. May I can get the same kind of luck with turkey!

    I'm here. Been on the road, and still am. Season here in KY starts Apr 18th and ends May 10. I might hunt IN and MI as well, although I don't know the dates off the top of my head. Good luck to everyone. Whatever you all pick for a name is fine with me.

    My youngest son Branton, Chris and I were shed hunting last Sunday at one of the properties I have access to and heard a bunch of birds cackling and yelping. No gobbles, but the birds are there.

    Man, I thought I'd be the one that only made it here now and again.... Season will start for me in about 3 weeks down in KY. Should be a good year. This will also be our first year of biz at Straight Creek Outfitters. Hopefully all goes well. Good luck everyone.

    We have turkey and deer hunting. We will also offer some pro video and pro photography workshops in the summer. Our deer season opens about the first week of Sept, so you can actually take a velvet deer for a week or so. We're located in East Central KY, sort of the foothills of the Appalachians. Beautiful place. GREAT turkey hunting, decent deer hunting.

    Found my bird for openning day this morning. He was all the way at the head of the hollow, just strutting away. He is HUGE!!! I think I caught a glimpse of him last night as well, but not sure. This time I got to watch him for 20 minutes from about 40 yards before I backed out. I'm guessing he'll still be somewhere in the general vicinity next Saturday. Can't wait to get a crack at him.

    Sounds pretty promising Bill, hope you get a crack at him this Saturday.

    I put our blind up last weekend for this weekends youth turkey hunt. I'll have my son Jake out there Saturday morning, the weather forecast is looking great for us.

    Ohio's state wide turkey season starts next Monday, it's in for 4 weeks.
