Yep they do that! I one time cut a brand new LEATHER JACKET to get to this guys arm! He broke in three places! I had no choice because he could not move his arm!

You can replace your equipment, you cant replace your life! Your lucky!

Sorry to hear about the accident! Can you sew, or know someone who can?? I bet you could sew the shirt up and wouldn't really notice it. Can't save the safety vest, but the shirt might be salvagable...wouldn't hurt to try since it was so expensive.

The bottom line is....at least you were able to walka away smiling! It could have been a lot worse. glad you are ok.

How are you gonna feel about getting up in a tree stand again? I know it would probably bother me a little bit.

JB - look into ladder stands - much safer and more effective than the ground blinds - good luck getting in the air again brother!
