Just looked at the standings, and with 5 races left it seems that Busch, Gordon and Junior are the only ones with a legitimate shot at the title now. Sadler and Martin are 150+ behind now, so I guess they have an outside chance, the rest of em I think should just battle it out for 6th.

If you want me to be 100% honest, I don't think Gordon has a shot anymore.

Here is why. Busch and Junior (JR should be up by 1 point http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif) both have an average finish of like 4 so far. Things are just going to get better. They are both awesome at Martinsville, Junior dominated Atlanta earlier this year and Phoenix last year, both are good at Darlington. The only "up in the air" race in my opinion will be Homestead.

But, in case you missed my point, I think Junior and Kurt Busch will be too good at these final 5 races to make up 74 points.

Yeah I am worrying about homestead but keeping confident that he will come out with a top 5 or at least a top 10 finsih!
