I thought I saw a thread not too long ago about some leupold scope rings where the scope was removeable and wouldn't change the point of aim on the scope when remounted. Please let me know what these are called. If I'm replacing the scope I'm surely gonna replace the rings. Thanks, Greg
Do you mean these? http://www.leupold.com/products/images/Mounts/QR_Mounts.gif
They are the Leupold QR mount system. I have them on my new Disc Elite ML.
Leupold also has these:

These are the QRW (Quick Release Weaver type) System.

Yeah, I think thats them. Is this the setup where u can take the scope off without affecting your zero? Give me an idea of what they cost too. Thanks, Greg
Yep, both can be removed and returned without loosing zero. Mount was $42.50 (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jhtml?id=0006498710517a&type=product&cmCat=se arch&returnString=hasJS=true&_D%3AhasJS=+&QueryTex t=leupold+qr&_DARGS=%2Fcabelas%2Fen%2Fcommon%2Fsea rch%2Fsearch-box.jhtml.22&N=4887&Ntk=all&Ntx=mode+matchallparti al&Nty=1&Ntt=leupold+qr&noImage=0&returnPage=searc h-results1.jhtml) and the rings were $21.
