Half a breast in an itailian dressing marinade, ready to cook. Any suggestions from here? Any good turkey breast recipes?

Sorry so late...But if the itailian dressing has not melted the meat away by now...I would say take it and thin slice it, then put it in a salt and pepper flour dredge and pan fry it.....you would be surprised how good that is....

I fillet the breast meat off the chest, cut in strips, lightly brown in pan, then place in crock pot with cream of mushroom soup. MMMMMM good!

I simply buy a Laurie's (sp?) maranade, choose your favorite flavor. I cut the breast across the grain into about 3/4" to 1" thick steaks, throw them in a Zip Lock bag with the maranade for 24 hours, and then grill them. Some of the best eating there is! My wife and kids love it.

I like to shoot mine full of creole garlic marinate with my injector. Then I grill the breast whole slowly. When done I slice it like a london broil. http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
