I saw a video somewhere by someone selling those. I'll give you this, you can definatley "follow" the arrow. Kinda pricey though, aren't they? Don't remember off hand the cost.

Tripod and about a 1/2 second shutter speed. We had to take a bunch of pics trying to time the shutter snap to realeasing the arrow. The lumenok are expensive about $8-10/each, but I try to use them only when I wont be in a situation where I may lose one.
