I am sure you will love it, I have bought some farm raised bison meat and it was great! As for my favorite, I can't choose! I love duck, deer, and moose equally....

Now we have eaten some of the buffalo and it is the greatest meat I have ever had.

We have had a roast, steaks and burger. The flavor is outstanding!

I will have to say, this is now my favorite meat above all else!
