got my fall turkey

today was the last day of the fall turkey season. I missed a jake earlier in the week but left work early today. headed out at about 2. waited on some across a field for about an hour and a half and finally they came in. Had 15 or 20 turkeys within 10 yards. They finally started getting nervous. my buddy shot as I was drawing as slowly as I possibly could. The turkeys started to leave so I lined up on the closest one and dropped her at 20 yards. decent hen. My first turkey with a bow. Will have pics to post once I get my USB cable for my camera tomorrow or Monday.

eating teriyaki turkey breast as we speak. let it marinate all day and baked it for about 30 minutes. best turkey I ever had.
