Don't know for sure...I'll let Scott know about this. In the mean time...make sure your username and password are "exactly" how you entered them the first time. The username and passwords are "case senative". So if you used the word "ONline" as your password...it must be typed ONline.

I'm back!! Thanks for the help. The new password still didn't work but I found out my wife was messing around with the security setting and mucked up the works. What a drag.
