Alabama's rifle season opens this Saturday (Nov 23, 2002) also. I've had a pretty rough bow season so far. I shot one big buck in a swampy area that I didn't recover because he ran off in some deep water...deeper than my knee high rubber boots anyway. Plus it was late in the afternoon and it got dark on me. I've seen several deer and have passed up on some smaller bucks but I'm really excited about bringing out the big guns!!!
