Couple questions on bow hunting birds,
What's the right poundage to take a turkey with?
&
Doesn't the broadhead tear most of the meat up?

I'ld say 40 pounds minimum, most guys use 50 for turkeys, but I still use my 65# bows.
If the broadhead is razor sharp then there won't be any tearing of the meat........just nice slices.

I'm not sure the poundage matters much...any weight will go right through. No problem with broadheads destroying meat.
