I have been using a Benn Lee box call and a Freak slate call for years but neither seem to work well in the rain. Since I cannot use mouth calls what call would you suggest that I use in wet weather? What have you had success with that is not a mouth call?
Thanks

Primos Power Crystal (glass slate call)
Penn's Woods Waterproof Wizard box call
I prefer the diaphram though..... http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

On second thought, you could also use a wingbone call or an "egg" call (push button call)

Sorry, the only calls I use in the rain is a diaphram call and a gobble call.

The only call is use in rain is "time to go home" call. Our birds don't seem to like it anymore than I do.

I was gona be a smart arse but someone beat me to it...LOL....I would suggest an anodized alum call with a carbon tipped striker or one of the mass produced calls with the water proofin crap on it...

Dang. I was gonna suggest mouth calls. I use mouth calls. My slate, box & glass calls are all shot during the rain. http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
I use my calls under my rain poncho....so they stay dry. http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
