checking in here. I will be hunting Nebraska with a bow and shotgun. March 25 starts the bow seaons and april 15 for shotgun. Might go to Kansas or Missouri don't know yet.

no prob had a hen in my front yard this mornin but nothing else with her

Im getting pumped...headed out to view birds fly down area for my sons hunt on April 1st and 2nd....then Ill be hooking up soon enough with my new friend in Jo Daviess county in Illinois, where I drew a tag in May.....I may go to Missouri before then, Im getting the itch....al

I saw a couple nice toms last week while snow goose hunting. Sucks its snowing out now they're call for 10-20". Season opens Sat. might be wet and cold.

Ended up with 18" of snow its melting fast but not fast enough. Went out to night found a new place to hunt. Farmer said he counted 239 http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif turkeys a week ago in his corn field. Went out there were tracks everywhere. Taking a buddy out Sat. there he never shot one yet with a bow. by what we saw tonight he should get his chance.

Wow not to many people talking in here. What is everyone up to. i seen 2 toms and a jake yesterday morning while walking sugar line. on tom was nice but the other was just a little guy

Well was realy close this am. had a big old tom with in about 30 yards but he stayed behind a fallen down tree and wouldnt come out from behind. so he finaly left so i went to a field about a mile away and and had one going for about 15 min but a hen came in and took him away. well my week is done for about 4-5 days

no hunting today has rained for the past 4 days and is prodicted to rain for anouther 4 days
