Hey ya'll I'm just now checkin in. Sorry it took so long. I have been real busy with school. My name is Jason...I'm 19 and I will be doing all of my hunting in eastern Kansas. Most of my classes start late morning so you can bet that I will be out in the woods a lot this spring. Season kicks off here the 2nd wednesday of April and ends the end of may.. I'm not to worried about names so whatever you all want is cool with me

Saw 2 toms and heard a couple gobbles 2 days ago while out scouting. I will be going out a few times a week and then scouting hard a week before the season.

This week is spring break for me and I usually do most of my scouting this week but since I'm working 70+ hours this week I will only have a few days to scout. Got a couple of good places though that hold a lot of birds

Well today was opening day. I bagged a good one for the team....anybody else have any luck???
Mine was 25#, 10 1/2" beard and 1 3/8" spurs.
