You guys really need to come to the NE part of the state. Our ranch has 13 ponds and there are ducks on every single pond....

I've heard reports that say this is the best in 5 years, others say the opposite. Way down here in the south( Georgia and Alabama), the usual amount for this time of season have shown and alot of mixed bags are being brought out.

They are gone from here! Season is over and it is -20 outside(approx 0 deg F). Bugged out!
There are always the crazy ones that stay year round though! http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Glad to hear that. We will be waitin for them in south ga, so yall dont kill tooo many as they fly down to us now. Also, I was wondering how much worse a browning bps 10 guage will kick than a super 12 pump.

Well,
We have managed to kill some geese so far, but not many ducks this year. We need a good migration in the Eastern flyaway to bring em on down.

Our season is now closed in Minnesota, and I don't think the ducks ever showed up here!! I talked with a lot of people, and after the locals got whacked, it was a pretty miserable season..

Effective post to deter OOS'ers from making the trip to the duck capital!! http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
