OK, I made a post about a week ago about the bucks that have been coming into my backyard. At the time I couldn't get my pictures loaded due to a defective drive in my PC.

Now I have pics. I thought it would be cool to show his progression over the last 2 years that I have been watching him and his brother.

This picture was taken late December 2004. They are both twin yearling buck fawns at this point.

This is from June 2005. They are developing into decent fork-horn bucks. http://img121.imageshack.us/img121/1605/81705fuf4.jpg

And finally just yesterday (August 2nd) I took this one. The other buck was hanging back in the rear of the yard so I only got a shot of this fella. In 2 years I have never seen these 2 not together.

He is no monster but he is starting to look pretty good for a 2 year old. It looks to me like he is starting to palmate a little and he is well on his way to a 8-point rack. http://img421.imageshack.us/img421/5206/080206fv7.jpg

That's cool.

I had a pair of twins hanging around my place for a couple years. I saw them together for over a year, always together.

That is cool that you have been able to watch them as they have grown over the past couple years.

Yeah I can't wait to see them at age 4 or 5. The bordering property that they are coming off of is a private resort about 1200 acres in size that does not allow hunting. The property is notorious for the occasional monster buck hanging around on the golf course or being seen crossing the road.

Considering how these guys are already looking like they are going to be 8 points at age 2.5 it would appear that a big guy was their daddy.
