I'm far from an expert at this type of thing but here goes....

I know there are some pedestrian photo editing software programs that can do this process in one click. I don't know the name of them, but I'm sure someone here will.

Just finished doing it for ya....billkay beat me to it. I'll post it for ya anyway images/icons/wink.gif I changed it up a little. Hope you don't mind....looks weird after seeing the original, doesn't it? images/icons/grin.gif

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS, save a copy of the original image before you alter it!!!

I use Photoshop, so I find a spot on the photo that is black, (to replace the white eyes)), and sample it with the eyedropper tool. Next blow up the head of the deer so that you can work on it easier. Using the paintbrush or airbrush, fill in the white eyes and try to leave a bit of a catch light in them.

Adobe is far from free. Look on ebay for a copy of Adobe Photoshop LE, a much smaller version that has more than enough tools to do everything you want. On ebay you'll probably find LE around $50
