I see, So does that mean that the footage is on a tape of somesort, because Im in advanced video production in school and they have all the stuff to get it on the computer and onto a DVD or blank disc and so when the tape is full and you need some help, drop me a PM. But im sure you know how to do it considering you made the camera, lol

the camera in the system is an older Sony Hi8....i don't have the proper capture device on this computer to download it....(RCA cables)now when i get the minidv in the unit i will then be able to hook it up directly to my pc via the firewire...
i did burn the video footage on a dvd (have a dvd player/burner) but can't for the life of me figure out how to capture clips off of it when i play it on my pc.... http://www.realtree.com/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

You should be able to capture or record from the dvd to your hard drive with your video editing software. Guess it maybe depends on what software you are using.

Nice pics.

I just realized something. The first one looks just like one I killed about ten years ago. I believe it's the same buck in pictures 5, 12, and 13. Number 12 looks identical to this pic of the mount.
