North Korea has tested their nuke.
What is up with this country?
Are they seriously out of their mind. Man...if theres one country i wish we would pummel. It is north korea. And by pummel i mean destroy anything that has a nuclear symbol on it. lol

Probably not - today will likely see a bunch of conjecture at the UN.... Unbelievably, everything thus far on the news about this indicates that the world (including the US) is going to deal with North Korea through the UN - how can we think that anything remotely effective will result through the UN????

Kim wants the attention. Unfortunatley for him, afraid he is not going to likely get the outcome from this that he wants and his people will suffer.

Looks like there are some people over closer to that part of the world who are really ticked with N Korea and kim jung il(sp).

The UN (United Nations) should be called the UL (United Liberals)

What can you do about this situation?..I'm not sure.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a devastating earthquake happen in the near future somewhere, because of this. Yeah they said something about that today on cnn steve, believe it or not.

Some guy, cant remember if he was politician or scientist, said that exact thing today.

All of this translates to Osama being one big bankdraft away from having nukes. We are on the verge on World War 3, believe it or not.

Osama, and a few others too, like the Iranian and venezuelan fruit loops. The nut case from venezuela concerns me more than osama right now.

Think the idea that some are speculating that they do not have the ability to equip a warhead on a missile just yet, is a naive and very dangerous assumption as well. They are there.

Correct. As a stop gap measure I suggest the US issue an ultimatum stating that if a nuclear weapon is used anywhere in the world against US citizens or interests, we will immediately and without any further warning retaliate by dropping a tactical (low level) nuclear weapon on both Pyonyang and Tehran. Let THEM worry for a while about what the terrorists are planning.
