Man that sucks, a lot of times when I put the switch to standby the film rewinds then, try that when you open the box next time.

when you load the camera next time make sure it is on test when you close the back of the camera. Then look at the LCD and make sure it say "0" if is says "E" then reload again. That happened to me once also. After you load it a few time you will be able to tell by the sound if the camera picked up the film---it has a little dragging sound to it.
better luck next time

the little plastic piece fell out of both of mine---didn't even put it back---couldn't figure how to get it back on---still works fine though.
good luck this time

I checked mine this past weekend, and i had 11 pics on it and couldn't remember how to manually rewind the camera, so i set the camera to take 9 pics each time it was activated and i set it off myself, hoping to use up the roll and have it rewind itself. Well, after taking the 2nd pic, the film didn't advance and i got the flashing E in the display. I took the camera out of the woods and figured out how to rewind it manually. I'm hoping that the film was advancing when it took the first 11 pics, and that it was mere coincidence that i was there when it jammed.
Anyhow, to manually rewind the film, put the camera in test mode and press the Rewind (R button). I'm going to go get it developed to see what i have.
