I was wondering if you have heard of anyone doing any ice fishing in your neck of the woods yet. I ask this because we plan on doing some when i am home for christmas. Thanks in advance.

Haven't heard yet-don't know if i'd drive out on any lakes just yet-one truck for sure went thru.

Lots of guys have been going ice fishing in centeral Saskatchewan, but leaveing their trucks a shore.
Superguide, Which lake was it that the truck went through? Were the fishermen okay?

Lots of guys are fishing the smaller lakes, I know some people who've been fishing trout and splake for a month, say there is a foot of ice on the little lakes. I'm too leary to go on the big lakes until after the new year, I like to drive to my spots and want lots of ice. lol

It was up north some where-driver was o.k. and yes I'm a chicken on ice-not hockey ice -fishing ice lol.
