How do you down size a photo format?! HELP!!!!

I use the HP Photo Director----it allows me to change the size of the photo. Most photo editing software has an edit mode so that you can change the size of the photo.

Microsoft Imaging (included with most versions of Windows) and Photo Editor (included with Microsoft Office) will both do it. PM me if you need detailed instructions.

Almost any photo editting software will allow you to alter size... unfortunately most all are located in different drop down areas... check under the Edit drop down... there should be a tag for "image size"... which can then adjust pixel size... PM me with your program, maybe I can offer some other insight. Best of luck
