Went for a drive this morning and took some pics

This morning I woke up early and felt like getting out of the house for a bit so I grabbed the camera, went to Tim Hortons, grabbed a coffee and headed down near the river.

Took these at the edge of the Ottawa River about a mile from my house, the land on the other side is the province of Quebec.

Went out into the country a bit and saw some turkeys along the road. This fella was in the ditch on the other side of the road, by the time I got the camera out the window he decided that it was time to join his buddies on the other side of the fence and get a little farther than 10 feet from me. Could have blew the hat off my head when he took off, he was that close! :D:D
