I have a perfect solution to this problem.

Have the military turn over everyone that was captured in Afghanistan to the current Afghan government, turn over everyone captured in Iraq to the current Iraqi government, and let them deal with them.

I don't think it would take very long for them to sort things out. :eek:

Good answer. Would be nice to see something like this happen, but don't think there is much chance of that happening.

What I wanna know is how these "American" lawyers can even represent these people. Sounds alomost like treason to me or something close to that

I couldn't live with myself if I were an attorney and representing one of these people. Therefore, I would not represent them and ultimately I could live with myself. Even if I was a DA...Here's my resignation...and I would do so in a VERY public way.

you have the correct answer. and, it should indeed be like that. but, since we have a bunch of spineless wimps in washington, it will never happen...:o:mad:
