Watching out into a corn field we noticed alot of corn stalks thrashing around and thought it might be a buck.
After getting close we saw that it was turkeys flying up grabbing the stalk at a high point and then shaking corn off the stalk.
Thought it was pretty cool to see, anyone seen this before?

Never seen it in corn, although I've seen them jump up to get all sorts of other seeds/fruits. Saw one playing with a dead frog once. It was a hen and she'd pick it up with her beak, throw it in the air, run after it, and do it all over again. If legal, I'd set up a blind, get my bow, and have fresh turkey for Thanksgiving. Welcome to the forums btw.

I had about 15 play around in an unpicked cornfield about 10 yards into the corn the night I shot my big 8pt. I tell you what theres nothin watchin some turkeys. I don't care if there 100 yards or 10 yards. There some amazing creatures, and I have never got tired watching them in all the years I have been hunting!
