Scoring Test Buck [Archive]

I figured since I was bored I would take a few of my past bucks I have scored and take some pictures so everybody who would like to can test their scoring on bucks. Here are 2 pictures of a 10 pointer I have, I will post the score up tommorrow night.

I have a tougher time guessing on antlers than on animals where I have ears and eyes for reference points.

Think that deer is probably in the mid 120's. Probably around 124.

I came up with 117" which looking at the rack sounds low, so I'll go 122.

below P&Y but just barely...Unfortunately I think he's a buck I would kill in the woods and experience ground shrinkage on.....

Well here it is folks ....scoring him as typical he makes 127 5/8" net. He was 129 3/4" Gross with a small amount of deduction.

Lots of very close one's nice job, I will post another since there are so many responces.;):D:)

My guess was 127 2/8...i was guessing the net of course:D:D:D
