Rough Legged Hawk taking flight..

Seen this Rough legged hawk sitting over one of my fields today. It was a real cloudy and snowy day out but I think the pics turned out pretty good for the condiions.

On my way to town the sun finally peeked out and I seen a redtail perched above the railroad tracks.. never did get any in flight pics of him.
