nice pics
I know that over the years there have been some shot in the Fort Francis area. Not sure about now since brainworm has really reduced the moose population in that area.
You won't like my views though, they are genetic freaks. Albinos, piebalds, melanistic etc. of all species are rare, and i would not hesitate to shoot an albino moose, deer etc. I shot at and albino grous but missed. There is no point in trying to promote a recessive, defective gene. I like to know they exist, but i don't think that trying to make more of them is a good idea.
nice pictures man..........i've never seen a white moose.

them 2 middle pics look like horses!!...great pics
are they albino or just white dont see red eyes
BE careful what you wish for. I see your e-mail went to the WWF, and Sierra Club. They will be glad to help you stop the shooting of a white moose...and any other moose.
those sure are some of the most beautiful animals I have seen!
Those are some nice pics!!!
i was reading in a magazine that some of these white moose have been seen in bc.
Sierra club was involveed in the cancellation of the spring bear hunt, and has a history of funding and supporting anti hunting initiatives. They try to pose as just conservationsits but are anti hunting. And the WWF...do some research on their actions...thier anti hunting stance is pretty clear.
