we dont have pigs here, but if i was going to hunt them, definetly the .300 WSM if i missed or stuck one in the wrong spot with the bow, i'd have a Mr. 500lb Porky nippin at my butt.

I have never got a pig...So my first would be with my muzzleloader. After that, it would be all bow.

I've done it twice and bow only. Bow is the only way to go. There is no rush like stalking on some mean hogs to within 20 yards.

To me, I get little to no enjoyment out of gun hunting (I ocassionaly hunt with a muzzleloader). There is no challenge in shooting something at 100 or 150 yards. To me the rush of the hunt is being within bow range of an animal. The bigger and meaner, the better!

Go bow or go home!
