This stuff really ticks me off. It's a biologists job to determine this stuff, not some liberal judge on the Supreme Court. These things should never be decided in court, but they are, so we better hope George W. appoints some judges that are on our side...........

Now on the serious side I'm sorry to hear this news because this could happen to all of us. When are these people going to understand that if there is no type of wildlife control there's going to be bigger problems to deal with eventually...

I hope everyone gets a chance to read this post. How many times have I read here on these forums that "this will never happen" or "that will never happen"? Far too many times! Boy how that irritates me when hunters cop that attitude and basically turn their backs on the problems that the anti's pose for us.

Well, you people....PAY ATTENTION!!! Not only can these things happen, but it already HAS happened. Wake up and pull your head out of the sand or whatever dark place that you have it buried in. If you care anything about hunting, start helping to fight these anti-hunting imbeciles. That old saying is never so true as it is here....." If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem!

Muzzy- I just read the press release from the US sportsmen's alliance. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I guess some anti-hunting, politically appointed beaurocrat knows more about wildlife management than a trained and educated wildlife BIOLOGIST!!!!!!!! GIMME A BREAK!!!!!!!!

I think the big city politicians that make up these assinine decisions should have to come out to the country and have to really "LIVE" with those decisions. I bet after the 3 rd time they have to clean up their garbage, clean up broken glass from one breaking into their home or car, or put one of their dogs down (due to run-in and injury from bear attack) they will change their tune!!!!!

That's why right accross the river here in Pa. we have an extended bear season- due to all the nuissance bear complaints!!!!!! But I guess the bears know to stay on their side of the state line, huh?!

It is really scary that this can actually happen!!! It really makes you wonder about the new pending attack on bowhunting by the humane society!!!!! You're right- we as hunters better wake up and smell the coffee and stop saying "that will never happen"!!!!!!
