We start out with sending in a check for mine & Jake's Arizona hunting license on December 17th. In Arizona you have to buy a hunting license to apply for any hunts. Their hunt drawings are split up with elk & antelope deadline of Feb. 10 and deer & sheep later in the year. If you want to apply for both elk & antelope and you don't already have a license, you have to submit both the license fee and the application fee for each animal, and then after the drawing they will refund you
Well I got the Pro Elite back today....also got my hunting bow for 2009 in today too. I'll be shooting a Katera XL....I'm definitely looking forward to getting it setup. The Pro Elite is shooting well as was expected. The new strings match the fusion paint job on it....she's looking sweet. I joined the Honey Creek Outdoors Prostaff a few weeks ago, and was lucky enough to be asked to go on an antelope hunt with them and some other pro staffers at Steve Beilgards place in September. Needless

It seems like a day doesent go by with seeing it on tv or reading it in the newspaper that people are getting laid off or stores, plants just closing thier doors....Pretty scary when you think about it .... If you look around at the people you know friends ,family Ill betcha you know of someone hit by these
My new Southland calls came into the mail. These calls are really nice. I picked up a two slate calls, one being a Cherry Super Bronze Slate Call, and then a Classic Collection that is an Super Bronze.
These calls should help me take my first bird.
42 Days Until The Ohio Opener!!!
We've had some Wet Rainy Days here lately, so my dad asked if I wanted to take a drive around and see if we could spot some Turk's in some fields. We cruised past a few fields, but not one bird in sight. I was hoping to see some, but maybe it's best that they're not out in the open for everyone to get a look at. Soon though we'll be hearing the King's of Springs sound off!
