Well, I hunted the wind on Saturday and it turned out to be a beautiful morning for a little while.

I heard squirrel chatter and looking in that direction I watched two fawns chasing each other from one side of a fence row to the other.
Needless to say it was the only action I was to see. The wind really started picking up, but I toughed it out for another hour.and called it a morning. I didn't see a tail on the evening hunt.

Whether it be too hot or too wet the weather has really changed things up. I went out and put up the umbrella and sat in a rain last night hoping to catch sight of the bucks that have disappeared on me. From a steady rain to a drizzle to a steady rain back to a drizzle.
