...when you hit the power button on a really, really expensive piece of equipment and you get a pop, a puff of blue smoke, and a bunch of alarm lights?

    Nope, sure doesn't sound like a good sign Mike.

    Hope it was new warrantied equipment and did not cost any downtime.

    Had a new keypad on a door with mag locks do that to me before, everything was connected like it was supposed to be too.
