So I am gonna start a workout blog to track my progress and give anyone interested an idea of my workout schedule.

I've been in the gym a little over one month already, and I have already past the sore stage.

My diet is simple...I got a calorie intake total for me to maintain my weight and simply take in less calories than that. Add in my workout that burns calories and the weight should start to come off.

I also do my best to consume good healthy foods ...

Well I haven't posted to this much lately because I have been away working in Ohio.

My goal this season is to hunt harder than I ever have before. I plan to log more hours in the stand than any season before. I want to be sucessful this bow season, and would love to harvest my first archery buck. I plan to harvest I wall worthy buck as well.

My schedule includes going to NW Okla to blackpowder hunt, Ohio to archery hunt during the rut, back to NW Okla to rifle hunt ...

Well I got the Pro Elite back today....also got my hunting bow for 2009 in today too. I'll be shooting a Katera XL....I'm definitely looking forward to getting it setup. The Pro Elite is shooting well as was expected. The new strings match the fusion paint job on it....she's looking sweet. I joined the Honey Creek Outdoors Prostaff a few weeks ago, and was lucky enough to be asked to go on an antelope hunt with them and some other pro staffers at Steve Beilgards place in September. Well I had some ups and downs last week when it comes to shooting. I got my new pro elite and man shes a beauty. I spent an afternoon getting it sighted in and had it dialed in so perfect! I shot my best vegas face, a 293-8X with it. I was really starting to gain confidence in it. So our league night came on thursday and I took it to shoot and show off.
