i have shot both but i am shooting an encore not an omega. i also found that the encore shot best when the barrel is clean and shot one at a time so you might want to try that as well two and three shot groups and see which will work for you best. also i found the blackbelts in 245 grains was my best shooter but believe that the shockwaves will also shoot well but i finished my sighting in witht he powerbelt 245's and if it works don't try to fix it is what i learned. i do know they load a bit easier than the shockwaves for me and my encore
