    Default Does powder go bad?

I've had my powder for 3 years...just wondering if it will go bad. Should it be stored a certain way? Thanks for the feedback

Kept in a dark dry place it should be fine. I keep my powder(pyrodex) in the bottom of my cabinet and have some I bought several years ago on clearance at wal mart that is still perfectly fine.

Yep, it can draw moisture. I keep mine in the bottom of my cabinet too. As long as it isn't clumping you're probably all right. Ive been using the same keg of Pyrodex for about 3-4 years now. Im planning on using it again this year. I had a little clumping but tested it last night and it seems to be fine.
