    Depends on the gun.

    Remington 700 ML = Precision Rifle QT40 235 gr
Savage 10ML II = Hornady SST 250 gr in MMP sabot
Knight Disc Elite = Not sure yet. Will shoot this week. Its either Powerbelts or PR QT40.

iam back shooting my powerbelts. i shot the shockwaves or sst's and my better groups came from the one i started out with and am back to shooting my powerbelts. i know what they are going to do ao if it ain't broke i am not changin it. i learned that pretty quick. shooting 1 inch groups at a 100 with the first two touching so that is very acceptable to me and well worth my confidence factor

For me it's the 295 powerbelt HP with 100 gr 777 pellets. I get 1.5-2" groups at 100 yards. Plus these bullets do quite a job on deer sized game.

Hornady SST/ Thompson Shockwave 300 Gr in my Omega. I love this bullet though it's a pain to seat.

I shoot .50 cal. 348 gr. Powerbelts. Used to use T/C Maxiballs but switched to these. I like the big bullet for more knockdown power at close range. I would use a smaller one like a 295 if you plan on shooting over 100 yards.
