i was t-zone hunting this week with my m/l up here in wisconsin and a few of my primers got wet from the rain and i was wondering if they would still be alright?

Dont think I would risk trying them for hunting, but might use them for practicing.
Primers are cheap enough, either throw them away or use them on the range.
i use winchester primers and have never felt doubt about how they will perfom and have shot them in rain and they were wet from rain using an older open breech muzzleloader so if you don't feel good then don't use them if you feel confident then keep shooting them. they don't scost that much for 100 of them\rob k
