My schedule is very hectic. Who's isn't right? I own a business and also work for some cheap skate, JK!! and since moving to NY I have had no daytime cell phone reception due to where I am working so I have not been able to call Thompson Center about a problem with a sight on my OMEGA.
I ended up faxing TC about the problem with a diagnosis and remedy to the problem. Though I would like not to discuss or call attention to the problem, I'm sure you can understand why, TC sent me the part/s needed to remedy this problem. All due to a fax.
Thank you TC for not ignoring my fax due to my comminucations problem that I have had recently. They provided me with over $50 in parts, free of charge with a note atttached stating, "Please let us know how well this works for you"
That is great customer service in my eyes.
My "shooter" Ml is on the mend.
