Default Nice problem to have! BHs out shooting FTs!

I just traded some GT Trad XT5575s for some GT XT3555 arrows with another forums member and was trying them out yesterday.
They flew 100% better then the 5575s off my long bow which was encouraging enough.
However, I shot both field points and broadheads and found that I was hitting way better with the broadheads. (???)
I even swapped the heads with all 4 arrows I had. It did not matter.
The 125g Magnus Snuffers flew awesome and my groups were very noticably smaller at 10 and 20 yards.
Then I shot 2 FTs and 2 BHs in the same round and still got tighter groupings with the BHs.
    Has anyone EVER seen this?

I honestly did not feel I shot any more focused with the BHs then the FTs.

Obviously I am pumped up about about this since I plan to use these for hunting. Just never thought in a million years I could out shoot myself with BHs over FTs...
    Thanks for reading my ramblings..

I can never seem to get as tight a grouping with broadheads, as with field-points either.
Maybe those 5575's were way over spined for the poundage your shooting.

Now you can figure out why my bow all of a sudden, won't shot BH's accurately.....

You definately have no excuse now for not putting the smackdown on a nice deer this upcoming opening weekend....

This is why I posted this. I do not understand how BHs can fly better then FTs.
Its normally the other way around...

It's not surprising to hear your results, Shawn. Longbows and recurves are, after all, designed for hunting, so it stands to reason that broadheads would shoot better.

Man, I hope you nail one with the trad. gear this year.
