    ya that sounds fun but give me about 3 years and then i want to try one, i want to get some good deer with the compound first

    I will be shooting a recurve for the first time this year maybe try and get a doe but during the rut will switch to the bowtech for the sure thing.

    I hunt and shoot with recurves mostly--occassionally I'll shoot longbows.

    I will be hunting soley with a long bow this fall. My custon recurve will not make it in time for this season. I may get it with a few weeks left but will not have enough practice with it to use it for hunting.
    It takes 100x more practice hunting with a trad bow over a compound so remember that when commiting to hunting trad.
    Its not the same...
