checking in deer?

if i understood right we wont have a check in station this year we have to call them in for confirmation so if they do that how will we get our pins ?

If you go to the illinois department of natural resources website and then click on hunting, then scroll down to deer hunting it talks about how to obtain your deer pins.

my state is doing away with the checkin stations also,on our tags there is a # to enter in when calling in your deer

Virginia isn't eliminating check stations but they did add the ability to call in your deer.
