I've always taken the nibb out the opposite end and put a rod in the shaft and use it as a slide-hammer to nock out the unibushing. Or find a punch that will push the remaining nock part into the shaft, remove the nibb and let it fall out.

If it is just the nock...you can make a small pilot hole with a drill in what is left of the nock and then thread a small screw into the hole.Make sure it takes a good bite and then either with pliers or a vise, clamp onto the head of the screw and it should pull right out.
If it's the bushing, a lot will depend on the type of adhesive that was used to install it. With hot-melts, you can probably get it out just like dg suggests after heating the shaft.
