Broadheads when alligned properly (no wobble when spun) should group right with your field tips when a bow is properly tuned. Many things could have changed with your setup from last year. It's easy for thiings to get bumped. The main culprit for a bow getting out of tune is simply string stretch. There are many quality aftermarket string makers that make strings of much better quality than what comes on most bows from the factory.
What broadheads are great for is magnifying flaws in your tuning. If you've paper tuned your bow and are fairly confident it is shooting bullet holes then you just need to continue to tweek in your tuning. If you say the setup shot well at one time just try moving your rest in toward the riser a bit and see if that helps.
Downloading the arrow tuning guide from EastonArchery.com has always been a big help to me.
