Default Ruined fletching at 60 yards

Today, I was out shooting my bow and moved back to 60 yards and used my last (60 yrd) pin. I was shooting at a layered foam block target and thought my groups won't be as tight. Well, I shot at the same dot and ended up shooting a group so tight the Rage practice tips shredded the fletching. Now I'm happy to get that kind of group, but I don't have a jig and stuff to fletch my own arrows. It's definitely bitter sweet.

With the story out of the way, has anyone used the fletching w/ wraps that you dip in water, which shrinks them around the arrow shaft?

    Thanks,
    Dan

I suppose I'll have to pick up some glue and a fletch jig.

Good shooting.....my groups gain consistency past 40 yards as well. I guess it's cause you have to aim less since your pin covers more of the target????
