He doesn't look like an old deer, and it's hard to really tell but doesn't look like he has a lot of mass either. If you can, let him walk a year or two and then make him your goal. I'd say hes in the mid to high 130s.

yes, on anther forum many have said the same thing. I guess I have alot to learn. He looked bigger even than the bow kill I got this weekend to me. I guess he is not. To me, he just seemed so big bodied. I was thinking 4.5 years, but I was wrong. thanks

    I'd say he is 3 1/2.
Why? His legs look like they fit him and his body is somewhat proportionate. Muscular. Maybe in the 140's.
    Good luck getting him.

Wet blanket here again. I don't think that deer goes much over 125. Too narrow and skinny.

I'm thinking about the same. I've got one on the wall almost identical.

Same here...I'm having a hard time putting much more than 120" on him. G2's just seem to be too short.

Thanks everybody.. valuable imfo. I'm learning what to look for. Plus,,, even better. You all scored my bow kill this weekend in the 140's. I thought this guy was bigger than my bow kill. This makes me even more excited about the one I got!!!

My first thought was 120 gross. Nice deer, but lacking mass. I wouldn't argue with 125, but he will not make 130 inches. I'm thinking he'd miss P&Y so you did great getting the 140 inch with the bow.

3.5 years would be my guess.
